For orders made through Whatsapp, GoMommy will provide a payment link that will be sent to the customer via Whatsapp or Email |
6 | Cut-off time | Customers can made changes to their order or cancel their order before the delivery cut-off time which is 60 minutes before the delivery window |
7 | Payment receipt | The customer will receive the receipt for payment once the payment is completed |
8 | Changes to order | Prior to check-out/payment
Customers can make changes to their order prior to the cut-off time If a customer wishes to add or remove items in their order after the cut-off time, they are required to contact the GoMommy customer service |

The customer will be issued GoMommy store credit that can be used 14-days of issuance |
Deliveries

1 | Delivery charges | Delivery charges are based on the distance between the GoMommy Foods Centre and your delivery address.

2 | Delivery window | The orders will be delivered between 9:30am to 9:30pm |
3 | Delivery date & time selection | The customer can select their preferred delivery date & time
The default delivery schedule will be set at the next immediate delivery schedule or immediately subject to rider availability. |
4 | Same-day delivery | The cut-off time for same-day delivery is 8:00pm. Orders made after 8:00pm will be delivered on the following day |
5 | Delivery notification | The customer will receive the delivery in-transit notification via Whatsapp the moment the delivery has left the GoMommy distribution centre |
6 | Delivery wait-time | GoMommy delivery team will wait for 5 minutes for the customer to accept the delivery. If the customer is unable to accept the delivery within 5 minutes or if the customer is not reachable, the product will be returned to the GoMommy centre and the delivery will be considered as ‘missed’.
The customer will be subject to penalty charges for ‘missed’ delivery |
